Prejoin Deck Claims

During the prejoin stage, there is NO LIMIT to how many decks you can donate - but you are allowed to claim no more than 10 at a time and no more than 3 claims per series. Make sure to check that the deck is not already on the deck claims spreadsheet - or already made (released // unreleased).
Since the donation reward randomizer hasn't been coded yet, you'll receive IOUs until it is.
